Masterclass sessions showcase the latest ideas and solutions from leading HR suppliers exhibiting at the HR Directors Business Summit 2009. Each Masterclass presentation takes place in the Masterclass theatre in Hall 4. Delegates will take part in 40 minute in-depth sessions featuring current thinking on a variety of different issues including: coaching, mentoring, internal communications, training etc.
